Kory Basaraba, Founder

Kory specializes in implementing high-performance marketing systems for small and mid-size businesses.

He teaches his clients to demand (and get) measurable results from every sales and marketing effort. This approach has made him a popular speaker with business audiences and he’s conducted training seminars in Canada, the USA, and Europe. His practical strategies for creating predictable and sustainable streams of cash flow offer a refreshing alternative to “Spend and hope” advertising. He has been actively involved in sales & marketing for over 20 years. Kory’s sales experience includes art, cars, real estate, enterprise software, and business services.

Kory purchased his first business in 1994 – a small sign shop. After months of hand-lettering signs, he bought a computer and expanded his services to include computer cut vinyl signs, graphic design and advertising. When the Internet frenzy hit, he got involved in 1998, teaching himself web design and programming. He leveraged his sales skills to land web development contracts with several fortune 500 companies.

After two years dealing with the bureaucracy of “Big Business”, Kory decided his real passion was working with entrepreneurs - people who have put their heart and soul (and often their life savings) into their businesses. He left “high-tech” behind and began teaching business owners how to get better performance from their sales & marketing systems.

His passion for direct marketing led him to study with two of the world’s greatest marketing practitioners: Jay Abraham and Dan Kennedy. After internalizing their message of “measurable results”  and “marketing leverage” Kory is able to quickly identify fast-working, practical and often low-cost solutions to his clients marketing challenges.

An experienced internet marketer, Kory has sold over $500,000 worth of his own products online. Kory continually seeks out new knowledge and skills from the best teachers available. He has acquired training and real-world experience in a variety of fields, including:

A master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a certified hypnotherapist, Kory uses his knowledge of human psychology and communication to create win-win marketing systems and profit-boosting sales copy for his clients.

A father of 3, Kory and his wife Carrie live in the foothills of Mt. Rainier in Washington State, and devote their time to raising happy kids. His other interests include art, writing screenplays and mountain biking.

Dima Suslikov, Project Manager / Operations

Dima has started his career in graphic design and front-end website development when he was 18. While working for a local Chamber of Commerce as Marketing director, he was also picking up work on the side as a freelance. Shortly after turning 21, he moved into full-time freelance while working on his MBA degree.

Dima soon understood that in order for him to increase an array of services he can offer, he needs more people on the team. He soon partnered up with a couple of developers in Olympia and opened an office of TYZDesign in Olympia, Washington. He soon brought on a partner and a colleague into his business, opening the doors of Sky Limit Studio. While TYZDesign was focusing more on providing design and development services, Sky Limit Studio’s goal was to provide more high-end marketing strategies.

While managing several $20K+ proposals, Dima was moving quickly to take the business to even stronger position. He developed connections with other service providers (including Illustrators, Media Producers, and others) in order to bring together a vast array of possibilities.

Soon, he closed the doors of the office in Olympia and took on more of a consultant role while leveraging his personal skills and managing projects.

Dima spends most of his time working to make sure he succeeds in his career and to make sure people around him benefit from his expertise. Residing in the center of Washington, quiet city of Olympia, Dima enjoys undertaking challenges but in the spare moments to go out to a nice restaurant or just take his Kawasaki out on a sunny day.
